Tucker Tools Tuesday

I'm now a certified instructor with Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Designs.  I've learned so much about these fantastic tools over the past months as I've prepared for my training.  Each month, I'm going share my excitement and focus on 1 or 2 of the Tucker Tools. I'll show you how to use the tools for the basic unit and block piecing techniques as well as provide 2-3 patterns for blocks and guide participants as they learn to use the tools.  Follow the link for the basic supply list and consider joining me each month.

Tuesday April 21, 2:30-5:30pm or 6-9pm *

Tuesday May 19, 2:30-5:30pm or 6-9pm *

*As interest warrants, we'll do an 11am-2pm class.

Studio 180 Designs Trunk Show

Join me out at Bow Bench Retreat for an inspiration evening. I'll be sharing my quilting story with Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design tools.  Have you heard of these tools?  Have you used them?  Do you know what they are all about?  Join me and we'll answer all these questions and I'll show you lots of inspiring projects and quilts.

If you have made a quilt using one of these fantastic tools, bring them for added show and tell. We'll have a list of possible classes for you to sign up for.

Wedge Star Tool

Join me at Bow Bench Retreat and learn all about the Wedge Star Tool from Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Designs. We'll learn how to use the tool and sew blocks. Join your blocks together with other class participants and make a quilt or two for charity.  Contact Bow Bench for more details.

Full Spectrum Quilt

I'll be back at Bow Bench for a fun few days of stitching the Full Spectrum Quilt. In the first class we'll look at the tool and learn how to use it. We'll cut and sew 2 different, yet similar block units and provide lots of time for guided sewing - I'll be there to help you every step of the way.  We've schedule a few weeks between the 2 classes for home work. In the second class we'll start arranging and sewing the block units together into the 5 on-point blocks.
