Weekend Shout Out!

The Weekend is almost here and I'm travelling, so I thought I'd give you an early Shout Out!

In the Studio

The Studio has been busy with both machines running on class samples, customer quilting and sew days.

A reminder that the Studio will not have a full open schedule for the next few weeks. If you want to come and rent time on the longarms, or want to drop off a quilt for custom quilting, just give me a call or text (403-819-8126). If I'm here, the studio is open.

On the Calendar

Did you take a few minutes to look at my fall schedule I shared last week? Classes start next week at Pinheads Quilting Company in Airdrie and you can call them to register for any classes scheduled. A reminder that they have limited space, so register early if you see something you want to learn!

Do you know a youngster who would like to learn to sew? Pinheads is hosting Wee-Sew Wednesdays (I love that name) and I am so excited to be able to teach some of the projects from my KidSew classes that I used to offer at Needleworks.

On the Road

I had a lot of fun last weekend at Edmonton's Creative Festival. I taught 3 classes in the Handi Quilter classroom. The ladies had fun! I get to do it all over again next weekend in Calgary at Spruce Meadows. No pre-registration is necessary. Just show up and sign up at the beginning of the class. Calgary's Creative Festival. Check page 20 of the Calgary brochure to see what I'm doing.

Have a great week sewing and quilting.
