Challenge 2017/18 - #49 - Stack and Slash Baby Quilt

I am pleased to report that I am up to quilt #49 in my quest to finish 64 quilts in 2017 and 2018. This little quilt was pieced and quilted a while ago and sat in the "to be bound" pile for a few months. I finally sat down and got it done this week!

This is a simple technique. I used 10" squares from a Batik Layer Cake just stacked and cut my squares. Here is a tutorial to make the blocks if you are not familiar with the technique. I trimmed them down to 8 1/2" square and just sewed them together.

I quilted using the JSPANTOFEATH E2E from Jessica Schick. It is one of the included designs on my Handi Quilter Pro-Stitcher Premium program.

Done and ready to be gifted to a baby girl in the new year!
