Square Dance with Blockbuster #22 - part 1

I've done it again. I've signed up for another Monthly Block Challenge with other Studio 180 Design Certified Instructors. The rules/guidelines:

Week 1: Fabric Pull - what fabrics I am planning to use for the block
Week 2: Sneak Peek - Show part of the block being put together or trimmed down.
Week 3: The Reveal - Show your completed block.

The block this month is called Square Dance. You can download your own free copy here. I'm really looking forward to working with my Wing Clipper and Square Squared tools.

For week one, we simply need to show the fabrics we are planning to use. After last month's challenge I decided that I wanted to do larger units and wanted to get back to some of my Hand Dyed Fabrics. Here is my Fabric Pull.

A collection of hand dyed FQs in Pinks, Blues and very light pinks. I have a plan and as I want to make a larger quilt (than last month's), I need a good selection of Fat Quarters.

The hope is that after I've completed this project, I'll have some empty shelves and will NEED to dye some more fabrics!!!!
