Summer Adventure - Wrap Up

We've been back home for a few days and I must say, it seems to take longer to get back into the groove of things each time I'm away. Granted we came home a bit early as my sister was visiting from out of town and then I had to drive back up to Edmonton to pick the ladies up from their spa retreat!

I wanted to recap the quilt shops I visited. I did my bit for the local economies. Each store had something a bit different.

On our usual trips to the west coast, we would drive straight through from Calgary to Vancouver. This time we were towing a trailer and we knew we needed to stop somewhere as we couldn't drive straight through AND catch a ferry to Vancouver Island in one go. We didn't plan to travel (and camp) from quilt shop to quilt shop, but it seems that we did just that!

I would highly recommend dropping by these stores. Each had their own focus on fabrics, manufacturers, patterns and notions.

Now I need to focus on using up some of what I purchased! Look out Class Samples, Here I come!!!!!

Happy Quilting!
